The Official CAF has started a week ago, and we, as football shirt fanatics, had a look at the shirts that represented the countries. In this blog you can get to know our TOP 5!
Number 5 - Senegal Home Shirt
We already saw this wonderful shirt on the World Cup of 2022 in Qatar. And this AFCON, Senegal is playing in the same wonderful home kit! It takes the fifth spot because it's a basic design, but the colourway is phenomenal. The green, yellow and red goes perfect together, especially at the collar and the end of the sleeves.
Number 4 - Mali Home Shirt
Mali takes a well-deserved 4th place. Same colourway as Senegal, but the design goes much crazier. Everything is so detailed and made to perfection, just take a look at the middel eagle. It even left scratches in the colors of Mali on the side.
Number 3 - Algeria Away Shirt
Bronze medal goes to Algeria. What a fantastic shirt. The dark green in combination with the white is beautiful. Not to forget, but the white line that goes from the shirt through to the short is amazing. We can argue if the home or away shirt is nicer, but for us it's definitely the away shirt because of the dark green.
Number 2 - Cape Verde Home Shirt
Look at this amazing Cape Verde home shirt! 😳 Showing off their geographic location in their shirt, is only a thing where Cape Verde can think off. And it came out beautiful. Furthermore, the combination of the blue and red looks so cool. But the shirt is still not better than our number 1...
Number 1 - Nigeria Home Shirt
Ofcourse it had to be Nigeria! They always come up with the best designs, and they proved it now once again. This might be one of the best new generation football shirts. All the different patterns, the colors they chose... It all fits so perfect. What a shirt this is. More than deserved Gold Medal for Nigeria! 🏆
